The ground course will be held at:

from 10.00am on Saturday 30th November 2019 and will last approximately 3 hours. Doors will open at 9.45am and the course will start promptly as scheduled. At the end of the ground course you will then need to make your way to the airport which is located approximately 4.5 miles away from the hotel. For those participants using public transport, we are offering an optional ONE WAY ONLY coach transfer from the hotel to the airport at an additional cost of £10 per person. Please note that this can only be purchased at the time of booking your course ticket (by selecting the relevant ticket type in the drop down menu on this page) and once purchased, this may not then be cancelled.  

The Experience Flight* will take off from (and land back at) Luton Airport (Airport Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9LY) at 3.30pm on Saturday 30th November 2019 and will last a maximum of 1 hour.

*For all Experience Flights, you will require photographic ID (i.e. Driving Licence or Passport). Please contact the office if you do not have either of these forms of ID. Flight departure time is approximate and subject to final confirmation nearer the time.

Please note the ticket type that includes a "flight companion" only entitles the companion to attend the flight element of the course to act as a support mechanism for the full course participant. Flight companions must be aged 18 or older and be a confident and regular flyer. Anyone wishing to attend the ground course must purchase a full course place.
